Thomas was excellent very helpful. The phone system at the Hexham branch was not working. I emailed Thomas and he very kindly rang me back from his own phone so he could answer my questions.

Very good ay her job, quick and easy experience

We have been using Hays Travel at Hexham for a number of years, we always get good service, in particularly Tom, They take an interest in what we want and go that extra mile to help.

Tom provided excellent service. Not rushed at all and gave us lots of options to think about. He pulled it all together in an excellent end-to/end package.

Karen in the Hexham office was a TOTAL STAR! She listened to us and worked very hard to make our dream trip a reality. Thanks so much for your time and patience.

Joe was great, answered all of our questions. Made some helpful suggestion's about Airport taxi service, we're coming in very early in the morning, so not fair to ask our friends for return lift, so this helps. He was just a thoroughly nice guy.

Booked my holiday really quick

Brilliant service. I was looking for a cheap last minute get away to spend time with my daughter and Hays found me the best affordable deal for me at an amazing price.

Very helpful gent via the phone for a booking. He rang me back a number of times to consult on arrangements. Nothing too much of a trouble. Listened to my requests and acted upon them. Good distinct telephone manner.

Karen helped us sort out a great holiday for September this year. Gave her the information as to what we wanted for our holiday and Karen patiently found the perfect hotel . Karen is very knowledgeable about the travel industry which fills you as a customer with confidence. Extremely polite , approachable person , nothing is a bother . Hexham branch has a great atmosphere all the staff are helpful . I have booked several holiday from this branch and with Karen over the years. Will con to use this branch for future holidays .

Scarlett was very professional in dealing with our holiday plan. She had good knowledge/ experience in sorting our complex itinerary and was patient, pleasant & polite throughout.
We came away relaxed, satisfied & raring to go.
