Spoke to three members of staff all extremely efficient and helpful, and gave us an excellent deal for our cruise.

Super friendly staff, was just a flying visit but made me feel welcome and like i was just popping round to see a friend.

I pop into hayes quite often and I know the staff there. They know me as well. They are extremely helpful researching things for me getting the answers and giving me quotes etc

Very help full lady. Lovely to talk to, gave useful information and even offered to call a frequent travel client to ask about our holiday destination / trip. Answered all the questions we had. Went through everything quickly and clearly. Would use Hays travel Hexham again.

Great experience very patient as always Karen looked at loads of different options for us as we were quite specific with what we needed as was a big family villa

Helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Searched out, and identified a holiday that matched my requirements. They took time to ensure that the holiday was suitable, checking various elements to make sure the complete package would be suitable.

Very polite and helpful staff. I didn't realise flights only could be booked through a travel agency. The staff were able to to book with an airline with more convenient times, more baggage allowance and cheaper booked seats. The staff have saved me alot of money for our family holiday and it is ATOL protected.

Went in to the hexham branch very nervous as this is the first time travelling on my own , but alisha has helped me eas my mind by explaining to me what to do and printed everything out for me , she got me the best deal and I will definitely be back to book my next trip thank you alisha 🫠

Karen was absolutely amazing when helping us book our last minute getaway for Tuesday! She went above and beyond to find the best package deal that suited our budget and preferences perfectly. Her communication was friendly, fast, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
