Staff at Hays Travel are always 5-star in welcome, help & patience. Clare in Hexham lost WiFi, so had to begin again with not even an indication of frustration. An ace team. Very helpful with the booking any problems come back to see us we were told .Going in a couple of weeks the hotel we picked had minor building work going on the girl contacted the jet 2 in location to check for us nothing was a problem.
