Very Friendly & Helpful Staff
Christie listened to exactly what we were looking for as a getaway to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary.
She showed us some options and we agreed on a hotel we liked. We were not pressured to book immediately. We went home to read reviews of the property before deciding. Also got quotes for insurance as there were pre existing conditions to concider so we could compare with Hays options.
We returned the next day to confirm and pay the deposit. We decided to arrange the insurance ourself as it was much cheaper.
Christie booked our seats on the plane for both journeys ( we didn't realise they could be booked this early) Also she said she could help us with the on line check in and printing of boarding passes for us, which was great as we were are not very confident with that. We can now sit back, relax, and look forward to our holiday in Sept👍
