Miya who served us was amazing. She was very patient going through everything we required and more by setting up everything on the Ryan air app and booking our seats for us. Would also like to say how helpful Samantha was when I used the Facebook questions by responding to me.

Sam has been so helpful in giving us great advice and answering all our questions first class service

As always a pleasure to make a booking with Imogen. She always takes the time to go through all the details of the trip we booked. She is also making enquiries regarding a cruise we have found via another agent, but we prefer to use Hays Travel. They are local, friendly and always ensure they have arranged everything we need from our holidays.

Excellent service on 14/02/26, Samantha at Hays Honiton was brilliant, friendly, patient and lovely - and found the perfect holiday for us. Very clear, extremely helpful, spent time going through every detail. 100% recommend. Also purchased the Hays travel card during visit and Kerran was lovely and helpful. Thank you!

Always excellent service from Hays in Honiton. They are very knowledgeable about the destinations we visit, worldwide! We like the fact they are happy to stay in touch after booking a trip and take care of the little things, like checking in for you and securing seats on flights. Also happy to use them as a 'one stop shop' as their rate of currency exchange and travel insurance costs are always favourable. We also have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, we can be in touch with them and know they will be there for us.

We were dealt with respect and compassion as the trip was scattering ashes of a family member in the USA.
We were able to discuss the alternatives available and received excellent advice as to what may suit our needs in April 2026. ,
The travel consultant gave us her expertise and time
which were so grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble.

We ultimately combined a sad time,adding a hopefully momentous trip to New York thus not wasting the long haul flight being undertaken.

I was found the holiday I wanted at the price i wanted

Samantha was brilliant couldn't fault her
She was very professional and sorted us a holiday very quickly she knows her stuff as do the rest of the staff at Honiton been using hays for a few years now and always had a good experience

Nice and easy, did it frim my own sofa. Sent the local hays the dates and some options and they got back very quickly and rang me and we paid and boom, easy as that.
