I messaged on Facebook after seeing a deal they had posted, I also messaged my local hays travel branch however Horsforth were so accommodating and so quick to reply I booked with them, Amanda in particular was so helpful in booking our USA trip and explained every detail that I hadn’t considered, I even enquired about changing hotels and they sorted it out straight away! I would never in a million’s years have been able to book all the interconnecting flights and hotels, highly recommend and thankyou so much!

Not such a straightforward holiday in Bali and Lombok
Both Mollie and Tracy were very helpful, especially as my wife and I were very flexible about our trip and needed to book some of it ourselves. In the end we sorted something out that met our requirements. It took a few emails and a few visits, but that was fine. Thanks.
