Very pleased with the service I received. Holiday booked for September for 6 adults I didn't feel rushed and Annalsisa looked for the best deal possible, she also said if we needed any help with anything else to just get in touch.

Great assistance from staff
My sister and I found the Assistant very helpful, even though we went in with an old booklet with the wrong date for the trip she found out the correct details for us and booked the trip speedily. We have dealt with Hays Travel before and have been very satisfied with the assistance we have received.

Canada Trip
Usual fantastic service from the staff in the Houghton branch. After a few weeks of planning with Annalisa we were ready to book our trip to Canada. Unfortunately on the day we went in to book it Annalisa was not at work but her colleague Vicky was able to sort everything out for us as Annalisa had left detailed notes for her. Also a shout out to Katie for her help with booking our trip to Maderia. All the staff in this branch are great and always willing to help, would throughly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking to book a holiday we have booked many a holiday with them over the years.
