Gemma is just fabulous but so are all the team in Hucknall. She took the time to find us the perfect holiday based on our requirements.

Pleased with my gift voucher purchase experience on the whole but felt that one senior member of staff was a bit caught up with chatting with someone across the room from her rather than assisting her colleague who was serving me. Shame about that because the newer staff are eager to help and can’t do enough for the customer it seems.

This will be our second time booking a trip with Hayes travel in Hucknall. We returned as Mason found a hotel with us in mind that we wanted to stay in January. So we are going in February now and we had a good experience with everyone in the shop. Everyone is welcoming even though they might not be booking your holiday personally.

I knew my holiday was not going to be straight forward. Christmas in New York, but I was travelling from England my daughter was flying from Australia where is lives.
That was no problem we even land within 5 minutes of each other.
I was so happy I will be going back to book any other holidays I will be back to book with Hucknall Hays Travel.

The team at Hays Travel Hucknall are a lovely bunch who are always very welcoming. It’s the second holiday we’ve booked with them and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Mason is our ‘go to’ expert as he knows what we want to accommodate our needs. The teamwork is also comforting, knowing you’re drawing on the combined knowledge of the whole team who help each other achieve the clients needs. Well done and see you for the next holiday!
