Upon entering the store we were greeted straight away and directed to a desk with an available Agent. The Agent was 💯 customer friendly, most helpful and most of all listened and assisted with covering different options to make sure we were happy with our final choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Made us feel like a customer and not just about money going into a business…. Thank you !!!

I went into the hucknall branch yesterday to book a holiday for me and my wife.
Can I just say what a fantastic experience it was Katie was very patient and very professional in helping me to choose a holiday and going the extra mile by giving me a few tips and suggestions. Thanks again I will definitely be back to book another holiday with you guys.

We went in to collect our dollars for another trip and had our usual chit chat with Gemma (to be fair lucky to get her free lol) Long story short we came out with a trip to Mexico all booked up for Easter. We had mentioned returning to a previous hotel when we spoke with Gemma but she dug up a deal from a Midlands departure which was excellent!!!

Gemma at the Hucknall Nottingham branch was brilliant. Listened to what we needed/wanted for our multi centre holiday and if something wasn’t 100% she came back with something else that we immediately booked. So friendly and accommodating and would definitely use them again.

Got everything I asked for with my request and the staff are lovely xx
