Excellent service every time! All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but we always book with Vicky because she knows exactly what we like and makes the whole process quick and easy. She was able to match the price we found online too, which was a great bonus. We wouldn't book anywhere else—highly recommend Hays Travel Hythe!

The travel consultant called Mia Freeman was amazing so helpful . She sorted everything for us and got us exactly what we wanted!! Nothing was to much trouble and such a kind , caring person . Amy was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She dealt with our unusual circumstances with friendly professionalism.

We dropped in to Hays late in the afternoon for suggestions to link a short stay in Budapest with a longer self guided trip. The information was gathered for us over the next couple of days with one or two adjustments. Abi kept us informed at all stages, excellent service.
