The agent (Chloe) I spoke to was very friendly and helpful when I was booking my holiday. She ensured that I had everything I needed including carparking. All documents were emailed to me very quickly.

The welcome you get when you walk in, the helpfulness of booking your holiday, making you feel straight away your holiday will be booked with no problems and at the same time ask as many questions you want to ask, which will be answered. The whole friendliness of it all, making you even more excited about your future holiday wherever it may be.

The Hays representative was very efficient considering she was dealing with five individuals at once, nothing phased her and she answered all questions we asked, We all agreed that we wouldn't hesitate in using Hays travel again

Vicky who works in Hayes Travel Hythe Hampshire is brilliant she is so caring gives so much help and advice, nothing is too much trouble. She is a credit to your company Vicky works so hard big thank you great to book with her all hassle free
