We were unsure of exactly what we wanted. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and spent a considerable amount of time in telephone conversation with travel companies.

Very helpful service. We were welcomed by Vicky and although our plans were vague she went out of her way to give us options and all of the information she had available at the time. Later contacting us with comprehensive quotes, and then further quotes for an alternative holiday, we went on to book with the company. Although Vicky wasn't in branch, 2 other members of the team completed the booking for us. A lovely branch and a credit to the Hays travel business.
