Holiday from hell
Had to pay 120 Euros to change our room as we where in a basement with no lift only stairs when making the booking we advised we wanted a balcony +lift first and last time booking with Hays Travel.

Too easy and stress free booking
Pre booking with a deposit when a holiday drops for 2 years time has been a lovely experience.
The experience of the staff to advise if cheapest pricing options and the knowledge of holiday company habits of elevating prices after a short period . The efficiency and ease at which I was able to book my cruise has been so stress free. It feels too easy to book a big holiday .
