We have never been on holiday before kepted seeing hays travel come up on my Facebook, noticed there was one in Ipswich, our plan was to go to Greece, Ele was lovely helped us find amazing holiday in greece, everyone in hays ipswich was really nice, well done, I bet you make alot of people's dreams come true, there's no way I could of booked a holiday on my own thank you, looking forward to going on holiday with my boys :-) ill be back soon :-)

To be honest
To be honest, I was disappointed in my visit to Hays Travel.
They took a £400 deposit which was acceptable.
But it came out of my bank twice.
I'm still waiting for them to reimburse me for £400.

From the moment we walked in to your shop Reece was friendly, professional and helpful. We had found the holiday we wanted through Tui, but it was a lot cheaper. After seeing evidence Reece worked to match the quote.
We felt looked after and not rushed. We have never used Hays before but will certainly be regular customers now.

Communication could have been better
The initial meeting was great, well informed and the planning was good! However we paid our deposit for our honeymoon and it turned out the lodge we wanted to stay in/that we had paid the deposit for wasn’t actually available. Apparently there was a small chance this could happen but we were never made aware of this potential. Very annoyed/frustrated and we have now booked our honeymoon with another company who hasn’t messed us around.

Unfortunately as I explained over the phone sometimes when part of the holiday is on request it shows as initially available but then the supplier comes back to advise it isn't. They then allow the booking to be cancelled free of charge and any monies paid would be refunded. It is rare that this happens, I am very sorry that on this occasion this was the case and for the disappointment caused.
