We have one word to describe how we feel now we have returned from our holiday......Sad !
We asked for small boutique hotel, pref private beach, local bars and restaurants within walking distance and not suitable for children, what we got was a large complex with approx 600 rooms /villas and very much suited to the family market, there were lots of children there. the comlplex had restaurants and pools and there was no local bars and restaurants outside the complex so we were stuck there ! There were only 2 restaurants suited to us, I'm sure if our children were still young they would have like to be there but our criteria was quite specific and we got the opposite of what we asked for. We spoke to some staff members there and the rep and when we said what we were expecting they appeared as surprised as we were that this is where we were sent. I have no idea how this has happened I initially thought it was a mistake ! We are really disappointed

We went to Hays Travel for information regarding booking a cruise Sophie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable no pressure at all we went back a couple of days later to book and she was very patient in answering all our queries.
Would recommend.
