Lisa helped me to choose a resort and hotel tailored to my wishes and needs. She emailed the hotel directly to ensure dietary needs could be catered for which was a big help. Decision made on hotel, Laura completed the booking which was straight forward and she also alerted me around the possibility that my husbands passport may need renewed.

I booked a Friday to Monday city break to Barcelona for my.sons 13th birthday and I dealt with Laura from Hays Travel Irvine from the minute I started talking to Laura she was extremely helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for me I was back and forth with her about flights, hotels and transfers and nothing was too much trouble, she booked me a lovely hotel and everything was great well apart from the weather but that something you can't control, would definitely recommend Laura and Hays Travels and would definitely use again, Thank you Laura for all your help.
