I cant recall now how many holidays Jill has booked for me now, but that in itself speaks volumes. Jill is lovely, always professional and efficient. Fantastic support and advice - Jill was brilliant at helping us to find the right holiday for our family of 5 (which can be tricky in terms of rooming) in budget and also on getting the right support for our daughter who is autistic.

Jill was able to talk to the Wendy Wu rep and get us an even bigger discount! She told us to hold off booking until she spoke to them face to face at a conference. She got an additional £400 off my 60th birthday trip which was wonderful!!
