Jo really listened to what we wanted from our holiday and she found 8 last minute options at a much cheaper price than we'd seen. She was really helpful with my questions.

First class customer service from Jo once again. Holiday was booked with one hour of initial message which was sent late at night! I didn’t expect a reply until the morning. This is our 3rd holiday we have booked with Jo. Always efficient and very helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend.

Very easy to book our holiday and Joanne was very helpful

We have booked twice now through Joanne and found that she was quick to respond. We were happy with the deals and would definitely book through her again.

We got J Gillespie and wow, I cannot commend her attitude, willingness to help find the best holiday for us, patience (which she needed with us) and straight up communication. We were well informed even of charges that might apply and she really has a lot of knowledge so that you are not left short handed. I feel like a celebrity due to care that was taken from start to finish and now look forward to the holiday that has been booked, really made us feel just as excited to book as going. 100% recommend to anyone looking for the perfect holiday.

Jo has been absolutely fantastic in searching and finding the right holiday destination for my birthday. I’ve been a little picky back and forth with wanting to know the inns and outs of every destination. But nothing was asking for to much. Always there to answer my questions and calls too. Definitely use jo again when booking our next holiday . Thank you for your patience.
