I have been dealing with Karen Green of Hays Travel for over 20 years and I would not use any other travel agent. Karen's knowledge and depth of experience is phenomenal. Karen genuinely cares about all of her clients and spends a tremendous amount of time researching numerous resorts for customers under the criteria that you present to her. It doesn't matter what your budget is nor how far you want to travel. Karen will always sort out the best resort and give you the best possible value for money.

Every resort that Karen has recommended has always far exceeded our expectations and we have always got great value for money.

Karen is friendly, extremely proactive and patient. This together with her tremendous experience makes Karen the only place I would ever go.

I think it is hard to describe adequately Karen's attitude but I think it can best be described as "Yes is the answer now what is the question".
