Hays Travel - Kelly Lill Reviews 

The consultant, Kelly Lill from Hays Travel, was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. She responded to my questions promptly and clearly and made the booking process very straightforward. Having done some online research prior to making contact, I felt in safe hands from the start. My partner and I, new to this type of travel experience, are very much looking forward to our cruise around the fjords on the P&O Iona.

Really great service from Kelly, we had a lot of criteria we needed to meet to be able to take our daughters on their first plane holiday. She's managed to find us something which will suit our 10 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old. Including a lot of extra help with accessibility and medical needs.

Kelly was fabulous right from the beginning searching to fit our exact criteria for our bird watching/sightseeing holiday to the Algarve. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she informed us of everything at every stage up to booking. I would recommend Kelly's service as it was all done from the convenience of our home and she answers any queries speedily and efficiently. Will definitely book again with Hayes Travel.

Have used Kelly multiple times now and she is always so helpful at finding exactly what I want within my budget. Even when it’s super last minute like this time.

I was concerned about booking online etc and corresponding by email but Hays rep. put my mind at rest and it couldn't have been easier. Everything went as well as it could have done. Can't wait for holiday now it's booked
