I was concerned about booking online etc and corresponding by email but Hays rep. put my mind at rest and it couldn't have been easier. Everything went as well as it could have done. Can't wait for holiday now it's booked

Great customer service, I got an almost instant reply to my initial enquiry and it was in the evening. I ended up booking two holidays as the agent was super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Kelly is brilliant
This is my 3rd time I have used her. I sent her message with my budget few places I'd like to go she has always been quick to respond sending me quotes hotels to look at never feel pressured by her, she always finds our holiday within our budget.
Our last holiday in August we never saw a rep in the hotel I was unable to access my email to find out our transfer time home. I messaged Kelly she was straight on it messaged me back in less than 30 mins great service.

Booked our holiday with no stress and for a great price. The travel consultant provided different options of hotels and travel, so we could tailor our holiday to work for us. Made it so simple to book the whole package. Very pleased and very excited for the holiday!
