Ease of booking
Rob, who dealt with our booking was really helpful and guided us through the booking process and arranged parking at the airport. Would certainly use Hays Travel again as they matched the price we could get on the internet, without all the hassle of booking ourselves.

Fantastic branch, only came in for browse but the staff were wonderful with great knowledge. The man I was talking to was Robert, who had great customer service skills. Will be back to book a trip and would 100% recommend.

It was miserable, wet Tuesday morning. I went to Hayes to book a cruise nothing to liking so booked to go to Sri Lanka Riviera. Excellent service to me, courteous accommodating, no hesitation in booking it and then thank you

Helpful and friendly
We enquired by email initially and Katie answered all our questions quickly. We went into the store to book and again Katie was a pleasure to deal with. She chased up some additional questions but sorted everything quickly. Very friendly and excellent service.
