Always check your dates.
Although Paige was very thorough and professional, I was disappointed in that I couldn't change the date I booked to the day before, I'd made a mistake which I realised straight after booking and made payment, Paige tried her best to rectify my mistake but the hotel wouldn't budge, this is why I prefer booking.com as you can change without loosing any monies.
