From booking our holiday right at the start, then having to do some changes then helping with travel insurance Mollie & Claire have been great.

Claire was warm welcoming and very efficient. She knew the destination very well and completely understood my requirements . I had previously tried to book the holiday with TUI direct but struggled and I'm so glad I decided to use Hays!

We had booked 4 weeks ago for a ‘ bucket list’ trip to Rome with Kate. She made the whole process friendly and simple. Picked the trip, booked it there and then.

I enquired about a multi destination trip to Asia with Kate last week. She put everything into tailoring a bespoke 4 week trip including HK, Thailand, Philippines and more. She came up with a great itinerary at a price I couldn’t believe. One week later, deposit paid for a dream holiday in October.

Kate was very professional and friendly throughout the process , even staying late one evening to accommodate my schedule. Her attention to detail and constant communication was evident and appreciated. Thanks Kate

Staff were professional and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get the best deal for us. Molly was our advisor and she listened to what our needs were and answered all the questions we asked about the cruise and was able to get us everything we wanted

Absolutely 1st class service from Claire over the phone & emails, matched our search on Jet2s app & so easy to book over the phone with just a few details to secure the live deal then went to Kirkham branch to finish the booking & collect our booklet with Everything you need for the holiday,& details of their app if you prefer to have your holiday booking on your phone. Will help with any questions about your travel insurance money or anything else. Will be checking there deals first before booking on line
