Welcoming, helpful, and considerate.
We use Hayes travel regularly and are always delighted by the service we receive. They know our names and are very efficient, helpful, considerate and friendly. Even on our last visit going to some trouble to try and minimise any risk of cross contamination from cold symptoms as one of us was receiving treatment for cancer. Above and beyond normal service expectations. Well done and thankyou to you all.

Booking our future holiday to Benidorm with Grace at the Knaresborough Branch was a pleasure. We have dealt with Grace before and she understood immediately what makes a good holiday for us, i.e. an adults only hotel with good facilities for a disabled traveller. Flights and travel to the hotel were expertly booked giving us confidence that all boxes have been ticked.
