On a very busy Saturday afternoon Tom helped us find the holiday we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble and he found the best deal for us.

Lucy was brilliant even though she had trouble getting through to book on computer she sorted it brilliantly more than happy

Claire always gives me the time and help I need in choosing the right holiday for me. She also makes phone calls to make sure everything will be just right for my needs and sorts out all the paperwork that is required.

We always receive excellent service from Thomas and the rest of the team but majority of the time we always go to Thomas to book holidays as he knows what we like also we only went in to change a holiday over to a different destination and ended up booking another holiday 😎 😆 I always recommend Hays travel to family and friends been to other travel agents in the past but always come back to Hays
