Patient and attentive staff
Lucy spent a lot of time with us checking out lots of options for our cruise/stay holiday. Rebecca made suggestions and chatted with us during the ‘down time’ and also became involved in the search. Both were very knowledgeable and patient as we asked for different searches and packages to be tried. They were very helpful and eventually found our ideal itinerary within our preferred budget.

Efficiency with a smile
I needed help in sorting out railway tickets to multiple destinations in Italy during a ten day stay. A highly reputed travel company declined to help me unless they sorted my accommodation which I had booked. Hays welcomed me and sorted everything out and everything I needed bar one item was finalised very quickly. The outstanding item was dealt with early the following morning. A special mention for Lucy who looked after my business with great efficiency and a lovely manner.
