We have had to move a cruise holiday booking for family reasons and then book a replacement holiday. I telephoned Lynn, explained what has happened and what we wanted as a replacement. “Leave it to me” was her answer.By the end of the day everything had been sorted out, the cruise rescheduled and our new holiday booked. That was outstanding service from Lynn.

Stress free holiday booking
