Just called in yesterday to Hays after having difficulty finding river cruise go suit our needs. Lynn(leeds) guided through all options and found us what we needed to suit our purposes. She was helpful, efficient and very approachable. Hope our holiday is as stress free.

Made booking the family holiday very easy process. Even with me asking lots of questions regarding having to travel with medication and other bits she got back to me straight away. I got a fantastic deal to Croatia for 7days. Takes the stress of doing it all your self.

The gentleman who dealt with our holiday Ibrahim went above and beyond he went thtough every detail was very friendly it was nice to speak to a person not a recording the other staff were very friendly the whole experience from start to finish was lovely you have got an amazing team at your branch we will certainly be booking future holidays with you and will tell other people thank you again

Rebecca at the Leeds Briggate branch helped us to book a holiday in Kerala for November. She has been very patient as we had limited knowledge about Kerala.
