Awesome staff at Crossgates branch
Booked a holiday in Nov 2024 with Hays Travel which was sadly cancelled yesterday due to the conflict in the Middle East.
We want to say a massive thank you to Holly and Joanne for their help & communication throughout this whole experience. They have very kindly been able to help us book another holiday for the same dates.
Will absolutely not hesitate to book more holidays here in the future. The customer service in this branch is exceptional and the effort Holly & Joanne have put in for us is really heartwarming and very much appreciated.
