We were served by Maddie at the Cross Gates Branch, She was friendly, helpful & responded to our requests as my wife has mobility issues. She came up with choices that initially we rejected for review reasons. That didn't put her off & she came up with an alterative that we liked & booked.

I was booking last minute and was quite fussy with what I wanted nothing at all was a problem for Sarah even though I changed my mind a few times she was extremely helpful and helped me find the best holiday even down to calling hotel to check they had the entertainment that I wanted I will always book through hays makes it so easy than searching yourself

The experience is always consistent, with especially kind and helpful staff at Crossgates branch. Staff are willing to take the time to get the choices absolutely right, have extensive knowledge especially about accessibility on holidays. We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the Hays Travel member of staff, particularly with it being a Sunday afternoon when we booked our holiday, and the limited amount of time available to book, due to Sunday opening hours.
