Charlotte found a great cruise and booked it for us including arranging assistance room and for my wife to take her mobility scooter. The service was very thorough and Charlotte was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

The lady we dealt with was excellent. Very helpful, very efficient, very pleasant. She's helped us before and is always the same. We've seen a few people at Hayes Crossgates and all been very pleasant and helpful.

We have booked holidays in the past with Hayes Travel and Emma at the Crossgates branch has been very helpful, we were delighted to see Emma again when we booked yesterday to go to Portugal. Emma is very efficient and knowledgeable and we were more than pleased with her all her help and assistance in our latest venture.

Agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as someone who doesn't travel often, she supported me with maps of the area where the hotels were situated. Flight times, went through experiences and booked our experiences. Excellent and efficient experience from walking through the door

The Staff at the Crossgates branch are so helpful,so why would we go anywhere else.
The manager went out of here way to help us to secure a limed time offer on a Princess cruise, we enquired just before the shops was about to close. The manager logged in from home in here own time found available cabins, emailed them to us and secured the one we wanted and arranged the deposit payment.
The only annoying thing was trying to sort out the insurance in the shop a few days later, this had nothing to do with the branch and everything to do with the Insurance
company's payment system, When we went to book a really good Hays offer a few weeks later they still had the same problem nearly 2 hours to get through the health screening payment system was ridiculous and we still haven't resolved it,and it had a knock on affect with customers waiting to be seen and staff who by 2 o'clock still hadn't had a lunch break but still managed to provide excellent customer service.

My husband and I decided to book another return to Australia . Because of the service we got from this branch in crossgates from an assistant called racheal we decided to re book with them.. As we expected we again waited for Racheal to finish with another client then we got the professional help again from her .. I have recommended her to my friends for the great assistance she gave us ….

I was booking a cruise to see the Northern Lights in 2027 . My requirements were not straightforward , I was going with a friend and we wanted single cabins .
Charlotte at Hays in Crossgates was friendly knowledgeable and efficient .At one stage She was fielding calls from 3 different people !
My friend and I are in our 80s and this was my first cruise so I appreciated the way Charlotte dealt with our questions and managed to book the cruise we wanted.
The only slight hitch was the insurance .The insurers wanted extra information from me which involved contacting my doctor and I am awaiting the information from the hospital before my insurance is completed and the cruise booking confirmed.I realise
the insurance is nothing Hays can do anything about
but I am looking forward to February 27 and would recommend Hays for travel!
