Really helpful and friendly staff. Anabella (from the Wakefield office) was helping out at Leeds Merrion when I rang for help, and she took ownership of my booking. Rang me back when she said she would, very efficient with the booking and has helped us get triple rooms for our tour. Annabella definitely went above and beyond and I will definitely use Hays for any future holidays. Thank you.
