Friendly and helpful staff

I have booked several trip with Hays travel and i find it to be a good all round service

We was looking for a last minute get away and the manager looked at a few holidays and we decided to book Malaga.

Staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable

Very quick responses and very easy to book, never had any issues.

Very good service and was able to plan a city break to Porto. The staff were able to provide me with a tailored city break, which gave me an hotel which was close to local attractions. The other good thing was the slight tweak to the flight times which now gives me 5 days to explore Porto. Plus not having to get up early for your flight back in a city you don't know. The staff were able to offer a number of booking options and once a plan was formulated the booking process was very quick and simple.

Great customer service from Shannon, tailoring our holiday to what we were hoping for and providing some great hints and tips along the way.

From start to finish the process was quick and easy with Shannon, saw the deal on Facebook just wanted to swap airports, details given and holiday booked. Countdown is on (albeit a long one) but then there could be space for a holiday inbetween.

Booked a holiday today with Lauren.. she was really helpful, knowledgeable about the area we booked and give us idea's for trips. Fantastic young lady.. a credit to her employer.

Gemma helped me to find another holiday this time to Mauritius ! She was very patient and thorough as I am deaf and have Asperger’s syndrome and she patiently explained everything and was very knowledgeable about destinations 8 0 )
