Best booking Experience Ever …
I messaged regarding a holiday advertised on social media and with in 10 mins the lovely Holly replied with all the information I had requested. There was no pressure to book or contant messages during the time it took me to read through and give it a thought.
Once I had decided Holly followed with everything I needed to do to book. This was followed up with a lovely phone call from Holly who set everything up for me and had even looked at extra discount for me as I am a solo traveller. Within half an hour of ending the call my documents landed in my inbox.

Lauren at Hays Travel was absolutely amazing. She helped me find the perfect holiday as a Valentine’s gift for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier. It was a last-minute request for February, but Lauren handled everything so professionally and made the whole process stress-free.
