Excellent and personal service from Hays Travel, Leigh.
I called in to Hays Travel to pick up a P&O brochure as my sister and I were interested in booking a fly/cruise for next year. As I've never before been on a cruise I needed a lot of advice and information. Having looked on line I decided that speaking to Hays would be beneficial. Your member of staff Yana could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable; explained fully our cabin options and the costs, where the various cabins are situated on the ship, how to check in prior to our flights (Hays check in for us) and all other relevant details. After I made a phone call to my sister we decided to book our holiday there and then. As there was a delay in P&O e-mailing the booking and itinerary details to Hays Yana said she would forward the information to my e-mail address, and it was in my in box by the time I arrived home about an hour later.
I would certainly recommend Hays Travel, Leigh.
