Olivia, the representative was great. To be landed with 3 older ladies was a challenge especially as one (me) did not know her Prague from her Krakow. She was patient, informative, answering all our questions with a smile.

Received great customer service from Gemma, we told her what our budget was and where we were possibly looking to travel, she asked about our previous holidays to match our requirements,she was very professional and offered holidays which she thought would suit us,and provided all the details re each holiday.
