Friendly, helpful and efficient
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. As the holiday is in 2 weeks, all the information required- along with boarding passes - was printed out and confirmed by email. Euros were purchased in-store at a competitive rate. Have used Hays for some years in both Lisburn and Forestside and have always found the staff pleasant and helpful.

Second time around
This is the second time we have used Hay's. We have found the service to be excellent. obviously, with jet2 we could book directly, but we prefer to have a local input. Furthermore, our customer Agent, Sian, was most knowledgeable re. the area; where we would need to be and the level of hotels. upon return, an update will be given.
