Second time around
This is the second time we have used Hay's. We have found the service to be excellent. obviously, with jet2 we could book directly, but we prefer to have a local input. Furthermore, our customer Agent, Sian, was most knowledgeable re. the area; where we would need to be and the level of hotels. upon return, an update will be given.

Kerry was lovely and helpful in helping book out family holiday. She included my 8 year old in to choosing where we were going and the hotel. She is extremely experienced in her field and had a very wide knowledge of Tenerife where we booked. The monkey park was a hit as well as Sian Park
