The staff were friendly and helpful and were very clear explaining everything.

Joanne was marvellous such a wonderful patient woman, went through portugal, Spain Greece and finished with bulgaria. Can't wait, so big shout out to the lovely Joanne from hayes travel in allerton road liverpool.

Sonia listened to our request to check out the Blue Light offer(although she wasn't sure about it having not negotiated with Fred Olsen before) and as a result we have gained £200 on board credit. Sonia was also helpful in helping us to choose a cabin, dining etc.

It's long time since we have used a travel agent rather than booking on line. The experience was great, we met with Joanne who was warm and attentive. She went through our options and booked us a perfect holiday. It's good to know we can call in and see her if we have any queries before we travel.
