My first time booking with Hays. I’m usually independent but was looking for a grandchildren’s holiday so wanted knowledge and advice. I got it at Hays- Sonia had great information and I’ve booked a perfect venue and location in less than an hour. I’ll be back!

I walked into the Allerton Road branch with no idea where we wanted to go or what we wanted to book. Sophie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

As two pensioners looking for a week’s holiday in the middle of August, we thought finding something suitable at a good price would be difficult. Sophie listened to exactly what we wanted, patiently talked us through the options, and found us an excellent holiday that exceeded all our expectations.

The whole experience was stress-free, with no queues, no long waits, and no endless hours spent searching countless websites for a deal. The personal service made all the difference.
