Great travel company
Staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly whilst being professional and supportive to client requests and requirements. Have just booked a short break to Palma for 3 but have also booked a family holiday for 13 in August which turned out to be a great deal as we got free daily passes to the local water park which would normally cost around £120 for a family of 4 per day 👍🏼

Our trip to Hays was first class
Our trip to Hays was first class - nothing was too much trouble for the travel agent - Jeni. Four people with different requirements were all met without any fuss. Jeni was patient and respectful, looked at a variety of options with regards to accommodation allowing us time to select the best option for all four of us. I will definitely look at booking through Hays for future holidays.
