Holiday of a lifetime
Popped into Hays today as we were looking to book a holiday to Lapland for around the end of December.
Our fabulous agent Nicola sat with us for over an hour searching different hotels and lodges to fit us in 5 adults (one 16year old) and two children.
She only managed to find us a fabulous break for over the xmas period never thought we would be able to afford it for that time the children will be thrilled going to Santa’s home!!!!!
The store was really busy but we never felt rushed or we were taking too long Nicola made sure we got the perfect holiday

Joanne was super. Very helpful. Efficient and friendly. I went in on the Tuesday and returned on the Thursday with 2 friends to book. They even got us a coffee while she sorted our holiday.
