Suzanne could not have been more helpful.She was so enthusiastic and at the same time appreciated that I'd had a stroke recently, so went through everything in detail, including assisting me with the Insurance lady on the phone. She put both of us at ease even to downloading paperwork so we could check everything carefully. She is an asset to your company.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful easy to communicate what was required and got holiday that we wanted.

For the last few years I have always booked my foreign holidays through Hays Travel. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.Also knowledgeable about places I would like to try. They make the booking experience easy. I prefer to go through them than book online myself.Nothing is too much trouble from printing out boarding passes and getting a good deal on our euros.So cheers to the Livingston branch,Thankyou from a very happy customer

Everything was arranged as we wanted and all the extras( flights, transfers etc ) were included as we wanted. We were always asked our opinion on each part of the holiday

The lady who took our booking was very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we were happy and understood every stage of the booking. She took time to make sure everything had been seen too eg hotel room, leg room on plane, meals etc. We have no complaints about the staff, service and booking process.

Consultant was friendly but didn't know anything about the 2 countries we were considering. She didn't really add anything to the process that we couldn't have done ourselves online. In addition she took the deposit but didn't tell us when the balance would be due. When asked she checked and it turned out the balance was due the same day. Possibly a mistake which the booking process should have highlighted. Overall a slightly disappointing experience especially as Hays had been highly recommended.

Fast friendly and efficient service from Pamela. Found a great last minute deal in Zante even gave us some advice on the resort of what to expect so we wouldn’t be disappointed on arrival definitely coming back
