Friendly service but not particularly knowledgeable
Consultant was friendly but didn't know anything about the 2 countries we were considering. She didn't really add anything to the process that we couldn't have done ourselves online. In addition she took the deposit but didn't tell us when the balance would be due. When asked she checked and it turned out the balance was due the same day. Possibly a mistake which the booking process should have highlighted. Overall a slightly disappointing experience especially as Hays had been highly recommended.

Turkey holiday 2027 …
Had a lovely lady called Fiona who was very helpful in getting us the best value hotel, great location , even phoned to ask if there was a lift in the hotel as it didn’t say in the description .
Nothing was a bother . When we went in to pay more to the holiday we had the same lady and it was so nice that she remembered us .
