First time I have booked holiday with Hays. I am well impressed with Lisa from the longton store who help us with picking the right place and ticked every box on what we asked for within our holiday.

Lisa and Alex were excellent and found us River Cruise RHINE GEMS Germany for April 2027 at a good deal they were very helpful and Lisa as great knowledge and experience, both Lisa and Alex are very Friendly.

Our agent was super helpful, she knew how best to help us and shared our excitement for booking our holiday. She didn't steer us into booking something we didn't want to and listened to our thoughts and opinions attentively. She wholly respected our budget as well, making sure we got the best deal and helped with how best to go about monthly repayments. Cannot wait to book through this agent again!

First class staff at my branch and always sort me a good deal

went to hays travel in Longton an Monday for advice on separate bedrooms in the Globles gardenia. The staff were very helpful putting our minds at ease so on Tuesday i called there again to book 2 holidays

Chloe was very welcoming. She went through the holiday she even tried to see if there were any earlier flights. Chloetold us to read through the paper work and let her know if anything was wrong to let her know straight away

We walked into the Longton branch of Hays Travel and was warmly greated by a lovely young lady called Chloe.
We explained that we were looking for a holiday in September next year for our first wedding anniversary.
Chloe asked for our budget and any ideas we had, we said that we were open to any suggestions.
Chloe did a full search and found us a lovely hotel in Rhodes Greece, somewhere we hadn't been to before and a great price.
Chloe was so good at getting us a good price and sorting out our seats and luggage on the flight's as well.
Chloe also had good knowledge of Rhodes and was very informative about where the best places to go are, we found this very helpful.
We left feeling happy that we had gone to Hays Travel to book our holiday, we will certainly be going again in the future.

We came in to book our honeymoon , as someone who has only left the country once , The lady that helped us was super helpful and honest with us which was comforting.

The team at hays longton are so friendly and welcoming. Lisa the lady who delt with me to get exactly the holiday I wanted is amazing. She take her time and listens to you. Then go's all out to get you exactly what you want. Her knowledge is amazing as is her personality. I would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family. Sian was very professional and did every thing she said she would do included starting work early to
get the cabin we wanted on the cruise. I usually book with P O Direct but this was less stressful than waiting in queues at call centres
