Tracy made things easy for us.
Tracy made things easy for us, her relaxed and knowledgeable manner made us feel at ease sbd not pressured into making decisions we would regret. Nothing was too much trouble and we came away with the holiday we envisaged when we went to Hays in Maesteg. Will always use Hays as the staff are just thoughtful abd kind and very professional and helpful.

The ladies in the office were fantastic, I can't remember their names sorry! They kept the name Disneyland from being said outloud so the kids are going to be surprised, they actually even bought our kids sweets and gave them a teddy!

We always book with hays in Maesteg
We always book with hays in Maesteg. The reason why is the staff there are awsome. Very helpfull , polite. And nothing is to much trouble for them. For example we asked Rebecca to look for a certain holiday for us while we went to the bank to sort a few things out . When we came back she not only found the perfect holiday for us but also saved us a lot of money as well. Rebecca is now in the process of sorting a holiday of a lifetime out for us to the states.
Going from Los angles through most of the national parks. And then ending up in Las Vegas for a few night. All by a Motorhome. That’s going to be a lot of sorting out. That’s why we book with Hays travel in Maesteg.
