We requested information and we got it , base upon that we book an appointment to see Kay , we discussed our opinion , and booked the holiday. As we are not techy it was good to see someone in person.
( A suggestion as people are spending a large sum with you and there for an hour or more it would be nice to offer a tea or coffee.)
Would be more convenient to have a branch near to us.

The ease and efficiency of booking.
I booked a trip to Jersey last year. It was all so successful that I went back to see Rachel yesterday. Her patience is such that she should be made a saint. Also, she is knowledgeable and has helpful advice without it becoming an issue. She also has very good smile muscles which immediately comes across as friendly and easy. Wonderful staff and so very helpful
I found all the staff helpful and friendly everytime I have been in the shop. They have sorted out my holiday for me and suggested things I might like as a single person travelling on their own. They are a great company to book a holiday with and I will certainly use them again and again.
