Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. All staffs are pleasant, professional and helpful. I have always been very happy with the service I received from the staff at Hays Travel Mapperley. I cannot praise them enough, every one of them. I will not go anywhere else. Barbara is the first person I contact when I'm thinking of a holiday. I completely trust her to take care of all the details and she has been an absolute pleasure. She goes above and beyond to help me have a beautiful trip. I always try and book my holidays here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and help me organise and plan the better options in the holiday I'm looking at. Lovely team at the Mapperly branch in Nottingham. Barbara was really helpful and informative and as always I came away happy with a little holiday booked. 😀 thank you

Great staff and booking experience …
Staff were understanding of our needs and confirmed each step of the booking process. They were more than happy to search for other hotels and destinations until we were both happy with our choice.
Booking with Hays is always a more rewarding experience than looking at a computer/ tablet screen.

The lady, Joanne who dealt with our enquiry was patient and very thorough. We asked alot of questions and she answered everything we needed to know. Our holiday was booked and we are happy and waiting to go in December.
