Great , I have been booking with Hayes travel for many years now . I always ask for Julie Towley at mapperly branch .she has been looking after us for around 20 years even booking our wedding in Cyprus 18 years ago , she never disappoints

Julie came up trumps again sorting out a new cruise and adding an extra passenger to an existing booking. 1st class service as usual with lots of fun !!

Respectful, understanding and very patient.
Erin was friendly but professional, listened to what we wanted, was courteous and delivered on everything she said she would do. Made assisted travel arrangements a lot less stressful.
Would highly recommend using Hays Travel.

A Brilliant Experience
I visited the Mapperley branch yesterday with my partner and we ended up booking our holiday. The branch was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine, who said that they've booked holidays with them time and time again and it was always a great experience. They did not disappoint! I spoke to Barbara Jackson and she couldn't have been more helpful, as well as being kind and professional throughout. I will definitely be booking future holidays with them again. A brilliant experience all in all, thank you Hays Mapperley!
