Weve always book holidays via a large company, however hays was recommended to us on our recent holiday to jamaica.
After looking I got speaking to an agent called Marie, who was an absolute delight, she answered all my questions looked at various hotels, replied to all emails fast and productively.

As this will be a 60th Birthday trip we really wanted to make sure we were getting it right.
